David spent over two decades in healthcare investment banking at bulge-bracket firms, advising pharmaceutical, biotech, and medtech companies on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and public offerings. He has executed transactions across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific markets. At Tulevik, David provides senior transaction advisory support, bringing deep expertise in deal structuring, valuation, and negotiation strategy. He holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago.
